Copyright Infringement Claim

If you have reason to believe that any material on this web site infringes on any copyright which you own or control, or this web site directly links to another web site which contains material that infringes on any copyright which you own or control, you should give notice of such infringement to our legal department, pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2).

  1. The notice must be in writing and must be signed by the owner of the copyright interest or a person legally authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

  2. The notice must describe the work which is the subject of the infringement claim or, if more than one, a list of the works for which the claim is being filed.

  3. The notice must identify the work(s) or material which the owner claims are infringing and where the work(s) is/are located on the site(s).

  4. The notice must provide the owner’s address, phone number and e-mail address (if any). If signed by an agent, provide this information for the agent as well.

  5. The owner must provide a statement that he/she believes in good faith that use of the material in the manner which is the subject of the claim is not authorized by the owner, the owner’s agent (if applicable), or the law.

  6. The owner or agent (as applicable) must provide a sworn statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that the person making the statement is the copyright owner (or agent authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner).
